Integration with ADP

Paradox integrates with ADP Workforce Now to support automated candidate communication throughout the talent acquisition lifecycle to attract, engage, and hire talent, fast. Through Olivia's Chat-to-apply skill, candidates can easily apply for open jobs. When a candidate is Hired within Paradox's Conversational ATS, the integration automatically creates an “in progress” employee record for that candidate in ADP. If you also use ADP SmartCompliance® Tax Credits Screening, you can integrate with Paradox to automate your WOTC process.

How we use AI

  • Paradox’s Conversational ATS is underpinned by award-winning Conversational AI that’s designed to deliver faster, simpler experiences for candidates, while also automating common tasks for recruiters — such as interview scheduling, screening for job requirements, and sending reminders or answering candidates’ questions.

  • Importantly, Paradox’s conversational AI engine does not make subjective decisions for its clients — instead, leveraging this technology to cut down on wasted time between steps in the hiring process, so people can spend more time on those critical employment decisions. For example, Paradox’s conversational job search uses data like a candidate’s location, conversation history, and resume to contextually recommend jobs that may be relevant to them, using Natural Language Processing (NLP) to ensure the conversation feels fluid, helpful, and human. From there, candidate’s can also apply to jobs fully through the conversation — with the technology screening for job requirements, similar to how a recruiter may review knockout questions manually after someone applies.

Chat-to-Apply

No logins, passwords, or account creation necessary. Applicants start the apply process through SMS, Career Site, WhatsApp, WeChat, or Facebook Messenger whenever they want by messaging a keyword to a short code. The keyword(s) and short code(s) can be posted at brick-and-mortar locations or anywhere a business advertises. Once job seekers text the short code, they can ask Olivia questions or begin an application, and can resume at another time if something comes up. Available in 100+ languages.
